Animalcare sell a range of branded veterinary licensed pharmaceuticals. The range can be divided into three main categories; antibacterials, anaesthetics and analgesics, and vitamins & speciality pharmaceuticals.
We are known for the high quality of both our pharmaceutical products and the technical support we offer to all our customers.
Our latest pharmaceutical launched in April 2009 is Cephacare flavour (yeast extract - beef flavour) which contains cephalexin, one of the cephalosporin family of antibacterials. Cephacare flavour 50, 250 and 500mg tablets are indicated for the treatment of a wide range of infections(caused by bacteria sensitive to cephalexin). Cephacare flavour 50mg is licensed in cats and dogs and 250, 500mg are licensed for use in dogs only.
Cephacare flavour follows the successful launches of Buprecare and Benazecare in the UK and on mainland Europe. Buprecare contains buprenorphine, an opioids analgesic and Benazecare contains benazepril used to treat congestive heart failure in dogs and chronic renal failure in cats.
Animalcare is actively looking at new products to add to its range in order to offer its customers a greater range of effective therapies at competitive prices.
