Animalcare sell a range of branded veterinary licensed pharmaceuticals. The range can be divided into three main categories; antibacterials, anaesthetics and analgesics, and vitamins & speciality pharmaceuticals.

In February 2010, Benazecare flavour, containing benazepril hydrochloride, was launched in the UK. Benazecare flavour 5mg (yeast extract - beef flavour) is licensed for treatment of chronic renal insufficiency in cats and congestive heart failure in dogs. Benazecare flavour 20mg is licensed for use in dogs with congestive heart failure, only.
Benazecare flavour is a development of the previously unflavoured product and follows the successful launches of Cephacare, Buprecare, and Benazecare in the UK and on mainland Europe. Cephacare contains cephalexin one of the cephalosporin family of antibacterials and Buprecare contains buprenorphine, an opioids analgesic.
Animalcare is actively looking at new products to add to its range in order to offer its customers a greater range of effective therapies at competitive prices.
